If you show up to the departure gate with a yellow QR code, you won't get the pre-screened wrist band, which means upon arrival in Hawaii you will need to stand in line with many people that are probably not good with their phones as they wait for their turn to show their medical info to the screening clerks. General Information The section in your trip that says Screened: No, Quarantine N/A, Exempt N/A does not update until you are screened. Once their health information is entered within 24 hours of departure, travelers will receive a QR code via email. It happens through their site before you even get to the airport. Note: Not Verified does not mean you will automatically be in Quarantine, please bring it with you and it will be verified by a screener upon arrival at the airport in Hawaii. Make sure that if you have two flights to reach Maui -one to HNL and then one to Maui-you create 2 trips. Ive not done my questionnaire for our trip yet, but I do know that to enter the state of Hawaii, you will either need to have the physical vaccine record on you, or a digitally validated vaccine record from one of their 3 partners (Avoza, Clear or CommonPass).
